- Self-Tours: Open for independent viewing between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, subject to availability.

Option 1 (DIY): Pay a $300 refundable upfront deposit. Receive a full refund after passing inspection.
- Option 2 (Stress-Free): Purchase our non-refundable After-Event Clean-Up Service in advance. We handle everything for you.

Pricing & Payment
- DIY Rental Rate: $99 / hour.
- Booking Fee: $75 (one-time fee).
- Refundable Deposit: $300
- Payment Methods: Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, ACH, Cash, Check, Money Order, Zelle, CashApp.
⚠️ Damage & Rule Policy: To maintain our low rates, we strictly enforce a "Leave-It-As-You-Found-It" rule. If the space is left dirty or items are missing or broken, the deposit is forfeited. Doors left unlocked, key not in lockbox, deposit is forfeited. Severe damage or policy violations will result in additional billing, booking bans, and potential legal action.
