To us, being a platform for others to shine means creating opportunity, not obstacles. We built Black Swan Venue to serve as a launchpad for dreamers, doers, and community builders who often just need a fair shot. From the beginning, we broke away from traditional venue models by offering regular profit-sharing events—where hosts don’t have to pay up front, but simply share half of their ticket sales. Why? Because many great ideas never see the light of day when people are forced to gamble money they don’t have just to try. At Black Swan, we believe everyone deserves a chance to stand in their own light and experience what it feels like to shine.

Founded by Darrian and Dorcas Crumbley, lifelong Lakeland natives and champions of community, the venue was built to empower dreamers, entrepreneurs, and everyday people to bring their visions to life. At Black Swan, access meets excellence — and everyone is invited to rise.
