Capacity: Seats up to 200 guests (150 recommended if you want a dance floor).
Access: Easy self-entry via electronic lockbox from 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM.
Layout: Two beautiful entrances (North & South) and fully ADA accessible.
Parking: Plenty of onsite and downtown options (both free and paid).
Clean-up Policy
$250 refundable deposit required. Up to whole amount refunded if you clean-up after your own event, upon satisfactory inspection.
Or
Purchase After-Event Clean-up Service. This means you are not responsible to clean-up behind your own event. We do it for you!
This purchase is non-refundable.

Black Swan Venue Pricing
Current DIY Rental Rate: $99/hour (DIY)
Booking Fee: $75 (One-time)
Refundable Deposit: $250 (If you leave it like you found it)
How to Pay:
Credit Card Portal: 15% processing fee.
No Fee: Cash, Check, Money Order, Zelle, or CashApp. Mail or drop off accepted.
The 'Leave-It-As-You-Found-It' Policy
To keep our rates low for everyone we collect a refundable deposit. Leave it dirty or break something, no refund. Anything worse happens, we charge more, and you must pay.
The Goal: Leave it clean, get your deposit back.
Note: Cash clients pay a $250 deposit as their first payment.
